Supper Easy 4 Step Keto Pizza

Ok, so it’s probably more than enough food for two people but let’s be realistic about our self control.

Kitchenware

  • Something to bake the pizza in. I use a 9″ round cake thing.
  • Microwavable Mixing Bowl
  • Cutting Board
  • Oven
  • Chef Knife

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 180g Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 Egg
  • Cream Cheese
  • Basil To Taste
  • Oregano To Taste
  • Pam Cooking Spray

Toppings

  • Tomato Paste
  • 100g Shredded Mozzarella

Optional (but very recommended) Toppings

  • 2tbs Ricotta Cheese (6.3 net carbs per cup)
  • 28g Applewood Smoked Cheddar (Zero Carbs)
  • Peperoni (Zero Carbs)

Note: You don’t need to measure the optional stuff unless you care about calorie count, which I personally do not.

Pro Tip: Get the shredded mozzarella from the deli. Ask them to shred it for you, and even if they don’t have a cheese shredder make them slice it as thin as possible so you can just chop it up with a knife and cutting board later. Any pre-packaged shredded mozzarella will have corn starch added to keep the mozzarella shreds from melding back together in the bag, and this adds carbs. Also shredding a large quantity of mozzarella by hand sucks and should be avoided at all cost.

Step #1 – Grease The Pan & Preheat The Oven

Preheat the oven to 450ยบ.

All non-stick pans are dirty liars and WILL stick to your food. So grease the hell out of it. I use Pam Cooking Spray because we’re not trying to be fancy here.

Step #2 – Make The Dough

Put the Almond Flour (1 Cup), Basil & Oregano, Shredded Mozzarella (180g), and Cream Cheese (2tbs) in the mixing bowl, and mix it all up.

Then put it in the microwave for 1min.

Take it out, crack the egg in it, and mix it all up with your hands.

If you ended up with dough, you did it right. If not start over because life is hard.

Step #3 – Put It The Pan & Add The Toppings

Spread the dough into a circle shape and put it in the pan.

Add the toppings in this order:

  1. Tomato paste
  2. Ricotta Cheese
  3. Applewood Smoked Cheddar
  4. Shredded Mozzarella
  5. Peperoni

Step #4 – Bake It

Put it in the oven for 14 min. Slice it into four slices, then eat it. Boom. Done.
