Pumpkin Purre


  • 1 Small Pumpkin


  1. Preheat oven to 350º F / 177º C
  2. Cut pumpkin in half and scoop out seeds.
  3. Place halves face down on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
  4. Bake for 45-60min or until it’s mooshy.
  5. Remove skin & blend it in a food processor or blender.

It’ll keep in a fridge for about a week. You can also freeze it.
