- 1 Small Pumpkin
- Preheat oven to 350º F / 177º C
- Cut pumpkin in half and scoop out seeds.
- Place halves face down on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
- Bake for 45-60min or until it’s mooshy.
- Remove skin & blend it in a food processor or blender.
It’ll keep in a fridge for about a week. You can also freeze it.
