Keto Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  •  1.5 cup of Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp of Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 4 tbsp of Melted Butter
  • 1 Egg, Beaten

Filling

  • 12oz Can of Pumpkin Pure
  • 1/2 cup of Erythritol
  • 3 Eggs, Beaten

Filling Flavoring

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Clove
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350º F / 177º C
  2. For Crust, mix dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients.
  3. Press evenly into pan, poke a bunch of holes in the bottom with a fork.
  4. Bake Crust for 10min.
  5. Add filling to crust & bake for 45-50min.
