Crust
- 1.5 cup of Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp of Coconut Flour
- 1/4 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 4 tbsp of Melted Butter
- 1 Egg, Beaten
Filling
- 12oz Can of Pumpkin Pure
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- 3 Eggs, Beaten
Filling Flavoring
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Clove
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350º F / 177º C
- For Crust, mix dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients.
- Press evenly into pan, poke a bunch of holes in the bottom with a fork.
- Bake Crust for 10min.
- Add filling to crust & bake for 45-50min.
