- 2 cups Almond Flour*
- 1/4 cup Erythritol* (optional)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1/2 tsp Xanthin Gum*
- 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
Wet Ingredients
- 7 Eggs*
- 3/4 cup Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 355ยบ
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix in wet ingredients.
- Grease the baking pan.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 45min.
- Let cool and cut into 16 pieces.
