  • Bread Pan 9″ x 5″ or 8″ x 4″
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Mixy Thing (hand mixer, whisk, whatevs)
  • Dry Measuring Cups
  • Dry Measure Tbs
  • Dry Measure Tsp
  • Bread Knife

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour*
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol* (optional)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthin Gum*
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)

Wet Ingredients

  • 7 Eggs*
  • 3/4 cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 355ยบ
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in wet ingredients.
  4. Grease the baking pan.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 45min.
  6. Let cool and cut into 16 pieces.
